A Las Vegas Casino Refuses to Return Elvis Presley Belongings to His Family

Representatives of the ‘Westgate’ entertainment and hotel complex refused to return the personal belongings of Elvis Presley to his ancestors. Company Elvis Presley Enterprises, that manages the property of the singer, has filed a petition in court demanding to return of rarities and impose a fine on the casino.

However, this popular Las Vegas casino refuses to return the Elvis things which had been rented for the exhibition and subsequently misappropriated. Rarities of the “King of Rock and Roll” entertainment and hotel complex leased for the exhibition “Graceland”, which was closed in February this year due to low attendance. Company Elvis Presley Enterprises has filed a lawsuit in Las Vegas, as the exhibition organizers have refused to return the things of the famous singer. The representatives of the interests of the Presley heirs intend to return curiosities, and asked the court to fine the casino to pay compensation for moral damages.
